- Can I return products that do not fit or do not meet my expectations?
Yes, this is possible within 14 days. The purchasing amount will be reimbursed after receipt of the returned items. Please note that the products have to be in their original packaging and cannot be worn. The white threads in Hakama cannot be removed.
- Are all products in stock?
We strive to have all items in stock. There are, however, specific products that are personalized, which are ordered separately.
- How soon can I expect delivery?
When products are in stock, we can deliver in 2-3 workdays. Products not in stock are delivered by various suppliers and Aikipro.eu depends on their delivery.
- What size Hakama do I need?
We hear this question often and have dedicated a page to it. Information can be found at http://www.aikipro.eu/c-3280062/hakama-information/.
- Would it be cheaper for me to order directly from a supplier?
Aikipro.eu strives to keep the sales price as low as possible for Aikidoka. We do have to take care of the webshop, stock management and return handlings, causing us to be about 10-15% more expensive than a direct supplier. In return, you get an orderly selection of products and great service!
- As a club/teacher, can I get a discount?
We basically calculate fixed prices for all Aikidoka. We do have a special discount program for dojo keepers, so they can offer their Aikido members a discount of 5%.
- Where do you order the items?
Aikipro.nl orders items in Brazil, China, France, Japan, and Poland among others. We are constantly looking for good Aikido products at an honest price and we gladly cross borders for our customers!
- Do you deliver abroad?
As of April 30, 2016, we also deliver in several European countries. Furthermore, we can deliver in almost all countries, if anyone has specific wishes. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for questions.
